Agilex was formed through the integration of six well-established companies, known for their exceptional flavor and fragrance products, proprietary technologies, exemplary service and entrepreneurial spirit. In November 2010, Agilex divested its flavor division and is now in prime position to focus on its substantial fragrance capabilities, the company's core business since it was founded.
